Two charged in New Zealand motorhome site dispute

(Jan. 31, 2012) -- Central Hawke's Bay District Council is prosecuting the owners of Triple R Lifestyles, Richard Cuthbert and Jackie Gibbes, for failing to comply following a longstanding dispute over their Takapau motorhome site, reports Hawke's Bay Today.
