Elliott Key reopens 18 months after Hurricane Sandy

(May 2, 2014) -- Eighteen months of reconstruction on Elliott Key in Homestead, Fla. after damages left by Hurricane Sandy in October 2012 have come to an end and the new marina and campground have reopened.
