Don Carter State Park to add campsites and more

(March 25, 2014) -- Not yet open a year, the state-operated Don Carter State Park in North Hall County, Ga. is planning to expand over the next five-plus years, to involve new trails, campsites and possibly cottages filling the 1,316-acre park.
