(Jan. 24, 2012) -- Brookings locals say the water in the Chetco River is higher than it has been in 20 years. Guy Barnes and his wife live at Rivers Edge RV Resort, and on Thursday, their trailer was hit with three feet of water from the flooded river, reports KTVL.
