Former NASA dock to become kayak campsite

(Feb. 24, 2014) -- Improvements are in the works to transform the old NASA dock at the end of Pierce Taylor Road in Virginia into a campsite for kayakers traversing a water trail that runs the length of the Virginia Eastern Shore seaside.
