RV park denied water files suit against mayor and city

(Feb. 20, 2014) -- Ken Miller, whose fight for water for an RV Park just outside of East Mountain, Texas caused a split in the city, filed a civil rights lawsuit in federal court Monday against the city and its mayor claiming discrimination and trespassing.
