(Jan. 17, 2012) -- On Thursday, the Lake County Forest Preserve's Finance and Administrative Committee approved the purchase of two adjacent land parcels totaling 227 acres on Lake Marie, which includes a longtime campground overlooking the bay, reports the Chicago Sun-Times.
