(Nov. 9, 2011) -- City Manager Mark LeCouris is strongly recommending the City Commission not pay $4.5 million to purchase the former Linger Longer Mobile Home Park, because of the cost of developing it and the financial uncertainties and risk of operating an RV park and boat launch at the site, reports the Suncoast News.
