(Jan. 12, 2012) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has filed a civil lawsuit against the Lincoln Road RV Park in Helena, charging that it has failed to monitor its water, collect samples of water after it tested positive for fecal coliform bacteria, and notify the public and authorities of violations, reports the Helena Independent Record.
