Homeless campers removed from camp in sue ODOT

(Dec. 18, 2013) -- A group of homeless people, cleared from a homeless camp on the bank of Johnson Creek in October, filed a federal lawsuit against the Oregon Department of Transportation and Multnomah County on Tuesday.
