TriMas’ Samuel Valenti named to AAM board

(Nov. 4, 2013) -- American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM) announced today the election of Samuel Valenti III as an independent director of the Board effective Oct. 31, 2013. Valenti currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of TriMas Corporation.
