Breaks Interstate Park to host Halloween activities Oct. 25-26

(Oct. 15, 2013) -- Breaks Interstate Park, located on the Kentucky-Virginia border, will be hosting special Halloween activities the weekend of Oct. 25-26, such as campsite decorating, seed spitting, pumpkin carving, a costume contest, hayrides, and more, reports The Floyd County Times.
