Representatives of the company that wants to build an RV park adjacent to the Carroll Ashmore Campbell Marine Complex in Maryville (S.C.) say if all goes according to plan, it could be up and running by the fall of 2026, according to GAB News.
According to documents reviewed by the Georgetown City Planning Commission during a special meeting last week, Global Property Trust intends to purchase and combine five parcels of land adjacent to the boat landing parking lot to develop a high-level RV Resort called The Landing.
During the meeting, developers said there will be 72 spaces for RVs and seven cabins that can be rented by those without an RV.
