Petition seeks reinstatement of Corps campground agreements

(Sept. 27, 2013) -- The Augusta Chronicle reports that a petition drive was launched this week to restore an Army Corps of Engineers program that allowed non-profit groups to manage campgrounds at Thurmond Lake and other sites nationwide.
