N.M. RV park residents evacuated by helicopter as water rises

(Sept. 13, 2013) -- After as much as 10 inches of rain fell during the past week, residents of SKP Ranch, an RV park north of Carlsbad, were rescued by helicopter Thursday after being cut off by flooding, reports the Carlsbad Current Argus.
