Genesis Products is a leading supplier of decorative laminate products to the RV OEM industry, but that description doesn’t paint a full picture of the company’s role in the market, according to Erin Curtis, the company’s vice president of marketing and development.

“As leaders in RV interiors, we’re striving to solve the problems of the future for our customers. Weight has been a huge focus for us in our product development,” says Curtis. 

In addition to high-quality, high-value product lines including cabinet doors, countertops, laminated panels, interior doors and more, the Elkhart, Indiana-based company is always bringing new products to market.

Most recently, Genesis Products launched its new G Series composite flooring line, designed to be lightweight but durable. Additionally, the business became the exclusive North American distributor of AeroTek Composite Panels, which are designed to be 50 percent lighter than traditional plywood panels without sacrificing durability.

On the design side, Curtis cites the company as the only American maker of a curved Euro-style door and an exclusive distributor of high-end Baldacci RV hardware.

Last year the company expanded beyond its OEM roots to launch its first aftermarket product offering, REVIVE Collection by Genesis. The product line is designed to allow RVers to reface, replace and refresh their RV wallboards, cabinets, backsplashes and ceilings. The REVIVE kits—which come in a variety of colors and patterns—feature a simple peel-and-stick design for quick and easy installation.

To support its dealer retail partners Curtis says Genesis offers “best-in-class support,” including in-person trainings and webinars for dealership personnel, as well as endcap displays, color swatch books and other merchandising assistance.

Genesis has 14 plants across the Midwest and East Coast. The company’s combined operation includes 1,200 employees and 1.8 million square feet of manufacturing space.
