Flexsteel announces quarterly dividend

(Sept. 11, 2013) -- The Board of Directors of Flexsteel Industries, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable Oct. 3, 2013 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 20, 2013.
