Texas county approves plans for RV park for homeless

(Aug. 14, 2013) -- On Tuesday, Travis County commissioners unanimously approved the nonprofit Mobile Loaves & Fishes’ plans for a 27-acre development that would house about 200 chronically homeless people in RVs, small homes and tepees, writes the Austin American-Statesman.
