Iowa DNR hosting Healthy & Happy Outdoors photo contest

(July 11, 2013) -- This summer, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources is asking Iowans to capture how they enjoy the outdoors and to share their photos to create a Healthy & Happy Outdoors “photo quilt” of outdoor recreation in every Iowa county, writes the Centerville Daily Iowegian.
