Debate on Texas homeless RV park delayed

(July 5, 2013) -- On Tuesday, the city of Austin again delayed a meeting to hear comments from the public on a proposed homeless RV park, reports MyFox Austin. The Zoning and Planning Commission will instead discuss the proposal on July 12.
