RVers celebrate nomadic lifestyle at Northwood rally

(June 25, 2013) -- Vernon and Sharon Elsasser have seen much of the United States traveling in their RV in recent years. Last week, the road led the Elsassers to the Eagles Hot Lake RV Park in La Grande, Ore., where they joined about 150 others for the 11th annual Northwood RV Owners Association rally, reports the La Grande Observer.
