Restrictions imposed in Mendocino National Forest

(June 19, 2013) -- The Old Mill Campground in Mendocino National Forest, Willows, Calif. and near the start of last year's Mill Fire, which burned close to 30,000 acres and threatened a number of homes in the area, remains closed, the Orland Press Register reports.
