Another New Zealand campground moves to land-lease model

(June 11, 2013) -- New Plymouth District Council is calling for requests for proposal for a lease of the land for up to 33 years and the sale of all council-owned improvements (e.g. buildings and infrastructure) at Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park, reports Voxy.
