N.Y.: DEC, state parks announce 2019’s first-time camper program registration

As part of New York’s week-long celebration of Earth Day, the state Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (State Parks) announced that New York will once again provide free First-Time Camper weekends this summer. Source
