New owners take over Mo.’s Caplinger Woods

(May 28, 2013) -- Visitors to Caplinger Woods Campground and RV Park in Stockton may be seeing a few changes this summer, as new owners James Ratti and his wife Stacy take over the business, reports the Cedar County Republican.
