ARVC targets state/local efforts to tax recreational park trailers

(May 21, 2013) -- The National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (ARVC) has alerted members of Congress that cash-strapped cities, counties and states are increasingly attempting to impose property taxes on recreational park trailers or “park models” in violation of federal law, ARVC announced today.
