Spartan announces cash dividend

(May 8, 2013) -- Spartan Motors, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The semi-annual dividend will be payable on June 27, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2013.
