N.Y.: DEC seeks comment on Hinckley expansion plan

(Nov. 22, 2018) -- The state Department of Environmental Conservation is holding a public meeting to discuss “proposed and significantly expanded recreational opportunities at the Hinckley Reservoir Day Use Area,” according to a news release.
