Wis. campground owner accused of securities fraud

(May 3, 2013) -- Federal charges have been filed against Jay Fischer, of Waupaca, who is accused of securities fraud in connection with Crazy J’s Campground in Marion, which he owned and managed, reports the Wausau Daily Herald.
