No criminal charges will be filed in Wis. campground death

(May 3, 2013) -- The Jefferson County District Attorney's Office will not pursue criminal charges based on a review of the investigation into the 1988 drowning of an eight-year-old Racine boy at the Bark River Campground in Jefferson, reports the Daily Union.
