KS: Ellis looking for bids for campground expansion project

(Nov. 12, 2018) -- Campground Committee member Verda Flinn appeared before the Ellis City Council during its Monday evening meeting asking the city to begin soliciting bids for water and electrical work for the campground expansion project.
