MN: Black Beach campground bidding process to begin

(Nov. 13, 2018) -- The Silver Bay City Council passed a resolution Monday, Nov. 5, to accept construction plans and specifications and move forward with the bidding process for Black Beach Campground. The council voted 3-1 to support the plans, with councilor Carlene Perfetto dissenting and Mayor Scott Johnson absent.
