Allison reports net sales decrease of 24 percent

(April 30, 2013) -- Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has reported net sales for the first quarter 2013 of $457 million, a 24 percent decrease from the same period in 2012. Net Income for the quarter was $28 million, compared to a net income of $58 million for the same period in 2012, a decrease of $30 million.
