KS: Woman’s arm severed by tractor machinery at KOA

(Oct. 18, 2018) -- A 50-year-old Salina woman’s left arm was severed after she got her jacket caught on a power take-off device at the back of a tractor just after 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at the KOA Campground, 1109 W. Diamond.
