VA: Riverview campground floods in Giles County

(Oct. 15, 2018) -- When residents of the Riverview Campground went to bed Thursday night, all was normal. However, some of them were woken up as early as 3 and 4 in the morning to the sound of neighbors banging on their doors, warning them that the New River had risen high and risen fast.
