MI: Berrien Springs happy with flood response

(March 6, 2018) -- St. Joseph River flooding remains firmly on the minds of Berrien Springs leaders, as village-owned Shamrock Park campground and nearby River Springs Estates mobile home park were among the hardest hit areas in the county.
