Kan. city approves work camp

(April 25, 2013) -- On April 15, the Pratt County Planning and Zoning Board approved a special use permit for Mulberry Knob RV Park. Owner Alan Albers wants to develop a campground for oil workers in need of temporary housing, reports the Pratt Tribune.
