Couple watch flood waters rise at Ind. campground

(April 22, 2013) -- When Terry Stayer looked out the window of his camper at 11 p.m. Thursday at the Sugar Creek Campground in Crawfordsville, he saw flood waters were just barely starting to rise. But a few hours later that would all change, writes the Journal Review.
