Ore. hit and run involves 11-year-old girl

(April 16, 2013) -- A father is behind bars after allegedly letting his 11-year-old daughter drive Sunday evening in the parking lot at Plainview RV Park in Coos Bay, while he was intoxicated, reports KMTR.
