U.S March retail sales decline

(April 12, 2013) -- Retail sales in March 2013 fell 0.4 percent and compared to expectations of unchanged activity for the month. Producer prices in March fell by a greater-than-expected 0.6 percent, which almost fully reversed the 0.7 percent gain in February.
