NE: Council hears update on campground

(June 13, 2018) -- During a June 7 public hearing on a request to vacate portions of the streets and alleys in the 13th and Ash area for his planned campground, owner/developer Bob Luebbe told the council that he has reworked his plans in anticipation of adoption of the ordinance.
