CA: Residents gather at campground for lottery

(May 25, 2018) -- Immediately following the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Happy Camp on Saturday, the POA held a Memorial Day weekend camp lottery for those wanting to spend Memorial Day weekend at the campground.
