Iowa Senate passes bill to block registration fee scams

(March 25, 2013) -- The Iowa Senate approved a bill this month intended to prevent tax evaders from using out-of-state shell corporations to avoid paying registration fees on million-dollar RVs and other luxury vehicles, the Des Moines Register reports.
