N.S.: Campground controversy in Big Pond Centre

(May 24, 2018) -- The Cape Breton Regional Municipality is urging a provincial regulatory body to reject four grounds of appeal filed by a Big Pond residents group which is opposed to the development of an RV park and campground in Big Pond Centre.
