Lt. Gov. says Louisiana parks maintenance fund is drained

(March 18, 2013) -- According to the Associated Press, Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne said last week that he's been unable to do much maintenance or upkeep of Louisiana's state parks with his budget in recent years.
