VA: Flood waters rise around BMS again

(April 16, 2018) -- The creeks- unable to hold all the runoff water exceeded their capacity and overflowed into the flood zone that surrounds the speedway. This caused flooding in the Earheart campground and some parking lots. The flood waters were not as high as 2017, but still caused an impact.
