L Catterton to acquire Airxel

(March 16, 2018) -- L Catterton,a consumer-focused private equity firm in the world, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Airxcel, a designer and producer of branded, market leading heating, ventilating, air conditioning and appliance products serving worldwide specialty markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
