TN: Woman rescued from rising waters February 27, 2018 by Rebecca Smith (Feb. 27, 2018) -- A woman was rescued by the Jackson County and Putnam County rescue agencies Sunday morning after she woke up to find her camper flooded with water from the Roaring River in Jackson County.
