W.Va.: Doddridge County Park works towards expansion

(Oct. 27, 2017) -- According to Park Director Greg Cottrill, with the gift of 180 acres of land — acquired in 2014 — a study was conducted to determine how to best use the property for it to become a valuable asset and addition to the existing park.
