CA: City tows unmoved RVs, trailers

(Oct. 26, 2017) -- Following through on the city's promise that it would crack down on an encampment of RVs and vans lining up on multiple blocks along El Camino Real, Palo Alto police and code-enforcement officers had two RVs and a trailer towed on Wednesday morning.
